    This is where you can progress and at your own pace! This progressive method is CORE focused and TEMPO guided. Tempo equates to how we control every portion of the lift which leads to greater “time-under-tension”. This raises the intensity, quality, and effectiveness of our movement pattern, thereby leading to results and a better quality workout. This allows us time to connect our mind and body; while increasing  muscle tone and staying safe throughout the workout.
